Marital status: Married, his wife Ta'fal is with him on Earth
Description: Stovok dresses in Argelian fashion to better point out that while Vulcan, it is not Vulcan he speaks for. He goes to the point or breaking with the Vulcan minimalist hair style and has his hair maintained as an Argelian would.
Skin coloring: Deep Golden
Routine Activities: Perform his duties, and as little personal maintenance as his chosen clothing style will allow. In his off hours he continues his study of the violent art of various Human cultures attempting to find a link between the themes and the actions.
Skills/Training/Professional Skills: Stovok is a diplomat by training, he is also an accountant, but finds no agreement in the work.
Financial Status: Well off. Argelius pays decently.
Personality: Stovok acts with the typical Vulcan reserve. He does not share the passionate life style of the Argelians.
Ambitions and Goals: Stovok would like to return to the Vulcan civil service once his contract is up. He has feelers out, but so far no positions are open. Alternatively he could enter finance where work exists, but he is not satisfied in that profession. It is likely that he will renew his contract with Argelius.
Physical/mental Problems: Stovok is a well adjusted and healthy Vulcan.
Enemies (And Why): Vulcan diplomatic office. Stovok had an unfortunate incident early in his short career that resulted in an unfavorable light being shined on the Vulcan Embassy to Teller. The end result was his dismissal. The incident has not been forgotten even if it was 90 years ago.
Special Abilities: Stovok has the usual Vulcan abilities to no special degree.
Weaknesses/Disadvantages: No unusual weaknesses.
History and Experiences Which have Affected Character Greatly: Stovok is a profession civil servant hired by the hedonistic Argelians to deal with their duties in the Federation Council. A Vulcan, they reason, will approach his duty with an understanding of their peaceful desires. This is indeed the case. Stovok is an eminently honest politician and remains loyal to his paycheck, and to his word. Stovok votes and debates by the Argelian party line as explained by his employers.
Position: The Argelians wish nothing more than peace and prosperity. They don't like weapons, they don't like fighting and wish that such matters would not intrude upon them. Alas, they do. They have a reluctant approval of Starfleet, but only when it is visibly toeing the subservient line to the civil government.
